An American in Paris 1999 - 2005

2006: The controversy that has rocked this sport disheartens even the most avid cyclist. Makes one wonder where the cheating ends and honesty begins.

Here are a few photos from 1999 through 2005 featuring the winner of the 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 Tour de France - ALL LANCE, ALL AMERICAN. Seven in a row - not bad for an American on French soil. And, irrespective of their trumped up charges, his achievement drawn from strength and skill will stand for many tours to come. Way to go, Lance !!
